Total Desktop Care

Anti-virus Monitoring

EverWatch provides anti-virus software monitoring and detection. Every four hours EverWatch performs a check to see if definitions are updated.  Alerts are sent if definitions fall three days behind. EverWatch is also able to detect if anti-virus software is installed for a majority of anti-virus software packages.

Microsoft Patching

EverWatch will automatically deploy all Microsoft Security Patches or Whitelisted Microsoft Security Patches. EverWatch’s automatic deployment can also use the Patch Deployment Engine to push out any Microsoft Patch.

Temp File Removal

EverWatch performs weekly scheduled tempfile removal. If left unchecked these folders can grow and cause low disk space errors or affect the paging file causing the computer to run slow.

S.M.A.R.T. Analysis

EverWatch is able to capture information provided by S.M.A.R.T. hard drives. S.M.A.R.T. alerts are vendor specific and usually report precursors to hardware failure.

Logical Disk Checks

EverWatch checks each logical disk on the Desktop to assure there is more than 200 free megabytes available.

Anti-Virus Protection

EverWatch will provide a license for Anti-Virus protection for each maintained Desktop Licenses can be pooled across multiple sites to provide centralized end client monitoring and management.

If you already have another anti-virus solution deployed to clients, you can still benefit by deploying Enterprise anti-spyware.

Centralized Management Portal

The Centralized Management Portal provides a 360 degree view of your network infrastructure. All activities, alerts and reports are available via the Centralized Management Portal.

Asset & Inventory Scans

Scans are scheduled to run weekly to capture hardware, software, and operating system settings from users’ desktops. This data is reported back to the Data Center in Freemont, CA and is available in your centralized management portal as prefabricated reports.

Reporting

Data gathered by weekly scans is processed by the Data Center and produced as preformatted reports in the centralized management portal. EverWatch also provides three Executive Reports: On-Demand Executive, Monthly Executive (short), and Monthly Executive (detailed).
